Am I a god damn hippie or does this actually say something about consumerism in America and how much the majority of our population's thoughts and beliefs are swayed by the media and government?

These comparisons either seem really shallow or really profound and I cant tell which it is

No, i dont really know enough about it. I agree with some of the occupiers messages but the whole occupy movement seems like a fucking shit show of hipsters and people who are there just cause.

Its fucked up that people can camp out for movies or to be first for a new product (black friday) but people cant sleep in tents on the street because they have nowhere else to live.

If that is what that picture is saying.

No i think it has more to do with camping out to buy products on their drop date in excitement, (rampant capitalism feeding the 1%)as opposed to occupying public or private property for a variety of fucking retarded ideas.

The top one's complete stupidity.

The "legal" side with the people camping out in front of Best Buy is legal because Best Buy owns the property and allows for them to camp there. If Best Buy were to change its mind, it would become illegal. It's entirely at their discretion... they own the property and can do what they like with it.
