Beaver Creek

only rode there for about a week....it's fun, not as bad a park as you would think and some dece riding otherwise. not a whole lot of nightlife for young people and stuff; very upscale. but i'd hit it up a decent amount if i was lucky enough to have the epic pass.

biggest jump around 55ft

probably the most underrated mountain in colorado for shure

park is so well kept and actually has really sick features

jumps are soooo money and the park has a very good flow

the vibe in the park is so positive and just fun

and even when it snows a ton the beav has sick tree skiing and good steeps if you know where to go

so to answer the question

YES....i am a fan

HUGE FUCKIN FAN. Not only is the mountain sick, I really like the vibe. While some of you may lambast me for that, It reminds me of the environment I'm always around when I'm not skiing. The Ritz is dank as fuck, so is the pines lodge. I've stayed at both on vacation and they really throw down a bunch of dank shit your way. The food is awesome, there are a ton of hot college aged girls there on vacation too. And because all the gapers don't ski pow or trees, there are a ton of secret stashes all over the mountain. Not to mention the park is awesome too.

My only beef is that I wish it was a little more isolated from i-70 and Avon, but i can deal.

100 % Agree.. even in bounds there is some good stuff.. check out the Y chutes.. so fun.. and because of the clientele the gnarly lines can stay untouched for days..

Last year I was fortunate enough to have a family friend let my dad and I use his massive house on the mountain at Beaver Creek for a week. It was ski in, ski out and everything in this private club area. (claim) He also left us these gold medallion things that were like season passes because the guy's like some big part of the Vail Valley Foundation or whatever it's called so we didn't even have to pay for lift tickets lol. (claim again) Anyways, I guess I'm a bit biased but I loved it there. Everyone was super chill and we got treated like kings because all we had to do was flash our gold medallions everywhere and they thought we were like huge contributors to the mountain. I didn't get in the park much on my skis because it was my first season back on skis after snowboarding for a long time, but I liked the layout of the park in general, and there was hardly anybody ever there. Overall, I had a ton of fun and I'm definitely a big fan of Beaver Creek now. The snow was great when I was there and it never seemed crowded on the mountain. Oh and I also saw Rudi Giuliani down at the base of the mountain while I was enjoying my $16 cheeseburger for lunch one day. (last claim for a while lol)

My best bud noj1080 works on the park crew and does the updates for the mountain here on NS. Find him, he'd be stoked to show you around his back yard.

The is the Bomb. Last winter was my first out here and I loved every minute of it. The snow was incredible and plentiful. Our park has a really unique flow with everything set up in lines, no picking features just hit them all. We have some new terrain to work with this year which is exciting, it can only get better. Check out some past updates https://www.newschoolers.com/web/content/viewcult/action/news/jid/749/id/3905/ and see what you think.

and we open on Wednesday. Our early season park is built, I can't say whats in it yet but I can tell you it will be sick. Give me a shout if you riding up at the Beave, I'm the only skier on park crew so I'm easy to find.

I love it here ive only been here for a week but the people and the atmosphere is amazing and the partys in employee living rnt bad either

oh man, the beav has such a fun park. the jump line last year had me creaming my puffy pants all day... so fucking flowy and nice!
