I'm up that way in a week or so (Breck actually) - But summit looks like it has Hee Haw terrain open.

The beave is reporting at least 75% open... anyone ridden there lately? What's the skinny?

I'm hoping for a mahusive storm to come in between now and then obviously - but it's not looking likely - this season sucks ass for snow... especially after last seasons epic...
 
i rode there last week around 11am

and it was miserable.

pure ice & rocks.

left after about an hour,

abay & key have the best snow i feel

I'll probably ski park at Breck and Key and then hit up A Bay for a cruise / blast about.

 
the Rodeo was money when I was there last weekend. 4 jump line isn't real big but is fun. rails were all real nice
 
They've been dropping ropes to new runs every day since the recent snow. it's been super fun so I hear
 
hmmmm this just threw a wrench in my decision as to where to head to on tuesday.

either vail or beaver creek, unless breck opens some more under e chair.
 
vail opened 17 on the backside the other day. they said with more snow it'll finally be open full time. so tuesday could be super sick there if they do that. Vail and the Beav are gonna do better than summit with the W flow.
 
i think ill be at the beav on tuesday avoid some of the crowds, really dying to ski golden eagle, hopefully this snow can open some new terrain.
 
golden eagle WAS absolute shit before the recent snow.

as in the iciest run in CO

this was the first pow day for me and it couldnt have been better, i just wish i headed over to grouse and larkspur earlier.
 
yeah I never wait for first chair at the base area these days. taking to express from the free lot is the way to go, pop's you out right at birds of prey/grouse. there's still plenty of fresh to be had in the trees around birds of prey for sure.
 
Yeah I was running late too got behind two plows right after the tunnel, I hung around rose bowl in the morning wasn't to many people do it didn't get tracked out super fast.
 
whats the weather looking like for the next week? i'll be skiing on friday if anyone wants to shred with me and a buddy?

i like park and all mountain skiing i'd appreciate if someone was to meet up and show me the good spots. I'll buy ya some beer!
