Beast 10 or 06' 1080 FOIL

the beast are overly heavy, the foils are soft, i have never skied a nordica ski liked

do it for yourself and no one else
 
i can't comment on the foil boots, but i have a pair of beast 10 04/05, and they are slightly heavier than my atomic boots, not by much. the beast 10 for me were real comfortable. i buckle tight the top two buckles when skiing around the mountain, and have them real loose when in the park. i find that it gives a softer flex. anyway try them on. i am a size 8 regular shoes, but boot size 26, was way too tight. 26.5 fit perfect. on the other hand the atomics boots I have are 26 and fit perfect. good luck.

 
boots are all the same except for the flex, so just get a boot u are comfortable in, and WEIGHT DOESNT MATTER STOP BEING A PUSSY

id go with the foils they are super comfy and flexy for park yet u can still get mad control outside the park imo

the beast boot is aight but the saloman has a wider forefoot if tahts wat ur lookin for.

I ski the beast 12 and it is super comfy and has a good flex for everything you would want to do in it. I had X-wave 7's before that and I like the Nordica A LOT better.

nordica and salomon both have wider foot bed, it all depends on your foot

sorrry i ddint see the boot thing at the top, the foil boot is the same as last year teneighty except for the honeycomb spaceframe on the side, the foil doees not have a heat molable liner, i dont now if the beast does

You can not compare a Beast 12 to a Xwaxe 7.0. The 7 is a true interemediate boot with a crappy liner. The Beast 12 is a great boot not going to argue that at all, I love the fit and flex, but if you are going to copare you need to go more to the XWave 10.0 for comaprison which is a tad stiffer than the Nordica, but has a liner that lasts longer. The Beast 12 is pretty much a Diablo Magnesium. Tecnica owns Nordica.

Honestly when it comes down to boots. Try them both on and figure out which fits your foot the best and make sure a shell fit is done so that after 2 days of skiing your boot you realize it is a size or 2 too big. Remeber when trying on new boots that they stretch 5-8mm with in the first 10 days of skiing them. That is around 1/2 - 3/4 of a size. Something to consider.

 
no they dont, the teneighty gun boots are the exact same as last years pro models and have the heat fit liner

I think he was talking about the Foil, not the Gun boot. The Gun is not a wide boot like the Foil or Nordica. The Gun is made more for a b/c width foot and the boot sole length is a mm shorter since it is based off the Course Race shell and not the Xwave shell of the Foil.
