So yes empire is not hosing a camp at twin lakes (beartooth pass) who knew that having a camp in July wouldn't work well with the pass’ snow conditions, but twin lakes is still making a terrain park. So far a flat down box and a flat 17 ft box is up. A jump with some kick and a nice, steep landing is almost done with the possibility of more jumps to make a rhythm. They are also planning to set up a step up box, a roller coaster rail, and a teeter totter rail. $40 for full day, $20 for a half day, and $25 if you have a Red Lodge Mountain season pass. The camp really needs money and if enough people come this year they can to continue to stay open and build parks in the future.

How long will this go on for? If they are still going in July when I get back from my trips I will come down for a day or two.

Doubt they will be open until July, I would speculate they might be open unstill the June 18, it depends on how warm it is and it’s been warm lately. This weekend would probably be the best time to go. If I find out about closing dates I’ll let you guys know.

damn they better be open, a couple friends and i have a house june 23-27. when we got it the lady at the ski area said the snow would still be good then.
