Depressed out of work teacher jumps into the polar bear cage at the Berlin Zoo, She suffered severe bites to the arms and legs but was rescued by grounds keepers. The zoo was ready to shoot the bear, if necessary, but didn't have to.

Her recent loss of employment is speculated to have fueled her actions.

There might be a moral to the story but i'm too distracted by the damn amazing picture!
