!bear creek breaking news!

yeah they had three legit hits as of yesterday. a wedge kicker up top, then like a 40 foot table, then a smaller table. the tables were hard to hit because of the snowmaking though, couldnt carry speed into them. the wedge is really nice though.

 
well three legit ones. there are some on the smaller rail park, but those were kind of worthless. so 3 in the big park

i am heading up tomorrow for our 12-15' of snow!!!! hell yeah its going to be off the hook, blizzard conditions after the snow kills us tho, gusts of up to 50, that might get you a lil squirly in the air lol. c you guys there, if you can make it..

hell yea dude. Tonight (friday) was not the best but decent. Tyler and Dorsey are up there now fixing up the park with ODPC and hopefully make it sick as hell for the comp tomorrow

 
now there calling for 12'-18' inches north and west of philly. plus it started snowing an hour and a half earlier than they predicted

did they still have the sloepestyle? visibility for blue's skiercross was aweful by 11, i can only imagine hitting jumps with that much snow blowing around.

 
i got tooootally dicked over, my friend ryan couldnt take me cas he had hockey practice. but i am going tomorrow morning, how was slopestyle?

Heres the order 1st place Tyler boyer with a 720 over the first hit, hitting the smurf rail disaster style, the the blue battle ship thang, 2nd place would be me, Andy Lenart, Threw a 540, crossed up back flip, then the Blue battle ship, 3rd place was Greg ??? tuning shop employee, threw down i believe some kind of spin off the first hit, then lincoln loop 5??? but didnt pull it out, skipped the rails? sorry if i was totally wrong, greg i appollogize now, but anyway contest was sick, Lots of inverts, not alot of landings, and that cut the field down big time and who could ski in snow, theres was at least 4 to 5 inches in the park during the skier slopestyle, if you held speed u were good, visibility was like insanely nuffing, no film from the comp due to weather but sick contest, realy tested what skiers and boarders could deal with! damn, wish i coulda been there huckin w/ you cats, congradulations boyer, props man! and greg zellner returns, that's awesome! he's a sick skier, really wish i coulda been there to throw down, good job fellas, when's the next part of that comp series at bear?? when's the next slopestyle??

 
yeah the comp was sick. a lot of good skiers showed up and we ran out of chalk so you couldnt see take offs or landings. today (sunday) most of the fresh stuff got ski-ed off quick. the first hit and the big side of the middle table along with the smurfer is raked and hittable.

Id like to bring it to our attention that one of our own Jibbers was taken out pretty bad today, Danielle Lavery(ScratchicD7), you may see here out there hitting the rails wit the boys on a daily basis, was teaching a lesson when an out of control Snowboarder hit her, X rays have showed up ok so far but shes in a ton of pain, She needs to get more tests done, But lets all pray for a speedy recovery, Keep her in our Snow Loving hearts!!!!! on thursday i am gonna see what rails are available and try to get a few new features in. hopefully have bob-o cut the pipe nice as well if i can get a hold of him.

yea boyer we need to pipe for practice man i got alot up my busted sleeve lol, update on the ribs, they suck bad!!! update on dani, still in a shit load of pain, update on jeep since u guys wanted to know, just messed up the bumper a lil, flying off a bank into a field can do that lol!!

The Kryptons, Theres a ton of features, like the heel retension strap, which removes ur ability to move in the bot, makes u more one with your equipmant, second is the lower pivit point so that there is no robot like motion and moves with ur normal movement, honestly are they worthy it, id say so they are the most powerfull boot ive ever skied on and they have a life of there own, if you wanna pop, hese babys do it all, Plake pretty much explained shit to me, and its just crazy how it all came together! Money wise man its more for the ivy league skool crowd though as in they cost an assload! but hey i gotta say im not just saying this becuz there my ride, i love these boots!! Cya yall wed, thursday and maybe friday nytessss!!!!
