BE Inspired Official Discussion Thread

after working with these two over the years on some of their earlier projects/B&E Invitational, I can honestly say that my mind is properly fucked!!! Iberg went back to his roots, along with such an important soundtrack, and of course the creativity/harmony between these two have documented the definition of style... so stoked that these two are spokesmen for our sport!!!
 
I'm pretty sure that both the red ledge and mammoth tube don't exist anymore. They got killed... and then some. I'm going to be watching this on repeat all day!
 
That video melted my brain five minutes in and the other fifteen were me drooling on my keyboard rewinding every other shot. Truly one of my favorite videos ever.
 
After watching this movie back when they premiered it at UVM I have to say that it is the best ski movie I have ever seen.
 
Henrik's pow skiing was dumb. I need to watch it easily 50 more times to comprehend that. Also Phils Rodeo 9 was insanity.
 
Holy shit my jaw is permanently dropped! I need an amber lamp stat!

Hopefully this creates a seismic shift in the ski world and more people go back to the '05-'12 days off triple xl and gang shit

but i havent even watched it yet because for some reason it unplayable on my school computer, yet i know its bout to be the illest thing ever- so a refresher from all these edits ive been watching that look all the same
 
It's crazy how far ahead of the game these guys are in all aspects of skiing.

I don't know if anyone will be able to top that for a LONG time.

Out of the park game these days? ;)

I mean for me this thing was a beautiful piece of art focused on the game of what your average park-minded skier could do... but at a level that is a billion times higher with the tricks they do.

I don't know - I somewhat wonder if your average skier has written the park off and there isn't mass appeal... but being someone who likes seeing tricks... this shit blew my fucking mind.
 
I talked to Iberg last night about the soundtrack (which is fire btw) for an article. Such a cool story. It is pretty much the culmination of a decade of producing original soundtracks. Stoked to share the story.

Yeah the sound track is money, it was all on youtube and soundcloud a while before the movie came out. i've had Game Over on repeat for days

how long has Iberg been making ski movies?
 
Is anybody having problems viewing the video? No matter what browser I use when it loads the time says NaN:NaN. Youtube/vimeo vids load just fine. But this one will not..
 
I guess a friend of mine watched it at a party he was at with a ton of non skiers. Apparently they were hyped.

Yeah it doesn't work for me either. No matter if I'm on my phone or PC and I've tried every browser possible. Really want to watch this after all the hype.

what?? was there a time when cork 1s were in style and now they aren't? a trick that gets properly done once or twice a year, if that?
 
Had a work block in calc the day it came out, teacher was down to put it on the projecter. I think I just created 30 new skiers.

Yeah thats what i was trying to say... They are never done properly, like you said only a few times a year. Totally messed up my wording in saying "brought back" lol.
