US = 24 + 25 year old guys. One is a luxury vacation travel agent @ MTN RES & Vacation Roost, the other is a professional snowboard photographer. The travel agent is gone approx one week a month and the photographer is gone on average 2 weeks a month. Some months dont require travel and some times hes gone for a whole month.
Both of us are orig from Colorado so that means a few things. 1 - we ARE NOT MORMON. we enjoy partying, but are also not retarded. 2 - we pay our bills on time, and we keep the house CLEAN. 3 - dirty dishes are not to be left for others to clean. 4 - everybody respects eachothers SPACE and PROPERTY. 5 - everybody contributes to the betterment of the home and home environtment.
We are looking for a guy or a girl, ages 18 thru 25, who is taking their life to the next level. NO RUGGED ALCHOLICS! NO DIRTY HIPPIES! NO HARD DRUGS! NO AGAING HIPSTERS! NO TELESIKERS! NO MORMONS!
A house in this location, at this price, is meant for somebody who kicks ass and takes names. We hustle over here and are looking for the same.
 
We do have parking avail. Would have to take a look @ the camper and see how she fits but i dont think it would be a problem. How long exactly are you looking to park it?
-canuck - thanks for the insight. It does matter to us, for simple reasons. Mormons are not too stoked to share the state of utah with shredders........i.e. wack liquor laws, aggressive police, discriminating employers, AND the persecution of the LGBT and other ethnic minority community members. Thus its our choice to not bring supporters of the LDS philosophy into our home.
Hockey fans are another story, we'd be glad to have a canadian hockey fan for sure.
 
i hope thats not a sarcastic lol because you would be surprised how hesitant they are to accept you. When we first moved into our neighborhood we were (and still known) as "the college kids" and when we tell people we ski and shred/they see us on the summer setup we get scolded.. Now that people know us its a whole different story and we love our neighbors, but there is def a negative vibe sometimes towards us mountaingoers
 
They arent hesitant to accept you because they are mormon, its because you are college kids, wearing t-shirts down to your knees and skiing in your yard, it has nothing to do with "mountaingoer" But ya, once everybody gets to know each other its all good. Im just sick of people blowing the whole mormon thing out of proportion.
 
HA what the heck are you talking about ? How long have you lived here? I know alot of mormons that are way cool.
 
I would have paid $333 just to stay here vs. the Holiday Inn Express for a week.

You could have had this place rented to me for 2 different months. December and March
 
uh ive lived here a year and Im definitely not saying that mormons arent cool, try to read a little bit. hint hint the "we love our neighbors" part, but they were extremely hesitant accepting us into the neighborhood and actually kinda pushed us around a little bit at first
