BC Booter Sesh

So i have this crazy idea. Its spring time now, and everywere is starting to close. This time last year what was popin was the bc booter seshs. i think that we should organize a couple of big sessions to go down and tear it up. hella organized and hella people. what do you guys say? anyone down to kill it and chill? im talkin about barbques and everything. lets make it happen people!
 
I know basically nothing about the good BC spots to build at, but I want to hit a step up over a pit of fire. Can you help me out with that?
 
Hm there's some legit spots that have booters already built up at Baker. I'll ask around and find out where, but this could be fun.

anyone have any set dates in mind? i think that we should do one both at alpy and at baker. just to be fair.

how about this...

a 4/20 (sunday) booter sesh at alpental

and then a last weekend of april sesh at baker so that would be either the 4/26 or 4/27.

what do you guys say?

both should be bbq booter sesh's in my opinion

 
ya, i know, but its tradition! youre gonna be out by like what 5 or 6 at the latest and back up in bham at around 8 right? thats not bad.

and i think out of courtsey, whoever brings the grill and stuff doesnt have to build the booter, just cause thats a hasle too
 
i will deffinitly be up for this, i have a small grill thing, like a one that uses the gas cans so it cant feed that many people, but ill be willing to cook some hot dogs, patties and steaks

 
Ski Central in the morning and noon, then come up to Alpental for the afternoon? It is a booter, so aside from rails you wouldn't be missing all that much.
 
central will still be open that first weekend so we should move it back....about the baker one someone will have to take me there. i wouldnt mind two of them at alpental tho
 
dang. this is annoying. so now baker is still standing at the same date

and alpental is set for the 3rd.

im gonna try to be riding central this weekend, so if you see me, say whats up. ill probably be filming with my fx1, and my name is zach.

I'll be around this weekend and the 4th as well.

And I am doing Kinko de Mayo. They will have to drag me off the hill.

The 26th conflicts with the WCS, so please don't do that then.
 
i'll be up at central on saturday since its open again. i missed last weekend so i needa get another park day in
 
Alright, whats gonna be better this Sunday, Alpy or Baker? Whoever can put up the best case gets me this weekend.
 
i'll be doing kinko de mayo on the 3rd. but once that gets over, i might head over to alpy if you guys are doing anything and if there is time left in the day
 
Hey guys! Can I get in on this BCBS at Alpy? Sounds like Sun the 4th would be good for all !! I've got my shovel and can bring some food for the grill. Should be sweet if enough people come together to make the build and lunch easy!
 
You definitely dont have to sit through a movie, sign a form, some guy tells you to bring a shovel partner probe and transceiver then you say welp see ya later~
 
they make you take a tour too, it is possible to get out of it, but it is probably a good idea if you don't know the area that well. there are some big cliffs back there, and it can be fairly easy to get lost and find yourself over exposure with no clear way out and/or mandatory airs of 15+ ft. Also don't follow tracks, they may be just as lost as you are, not to mention there are plenty of sick skiers that have no problem sendining it off 40+ cliffs.
