BBM outage over some of the East Coast

It's true, last night my entire contact list was making their status "bbm is fucked" or "don't bbm, text". I was at a concert and coordinating and communicating with people was impossible. The bbm messages would send but not be delivered.
 
mines messed up, I'm just texting. everyones bbm statuses are time to get an iphone and shit. If they're gonna get an Iphone why don't they just text on their bb, considering they won't be able to bbm on an iphone...
 
yeah seems to not be isolated to the East coast anymore. I'm just texting ppl now so its no big deal but it was pretty annoying when i didn't know they wern't going through
 
the beauty of texting and bbm and other IM's is that it doesn't cost long distance fees. i can bbm my bf in seattle for free where it would cost me 75 cents every time to text him and $1 something to call him. so, thats why bbm is awesome.
