I'm 16 to clear shit up. I'm really only interested because my parents will be gone this weekend and i'm having a few friends over to drink, and i think it's a ridiculously good idea to get smashed and handle weapons. which is why I'm only interested in ones that could potentially kill one of us.

when i was like 12 i bought a Crossman something or other. basically you could put a scope on the dove tail. and you could pump it different amounts for differing amounts of power. and it only was 30 bucks if i remember right.

get a shitty crossman for like 30 bucks. so fun i've had one for years, but since its so bad i'm not afraid to mess it up. i climb trees and all kinds of stuff with it because i don't care if it breaks.

There are some crazy BB guns out now, like 1200 fps like realllllyyyy and with one pump and a real accurate scope so prime!

this is totally unrelated to the thread.
but the crosman air gun factory is in the town i go to school in (bloomfield NY) and its right down the street from the high/middle school. when i was in 7th grade, crosman air guns asked for a few kids from my school to go and be a "test group" for some of the new product. me and all my friends signed up, and the next week crosman took us all, during a school day (for the entire day) to go see the new product, and play with the new shit. they also fed us a shit ton of free food (cookies, cake, doughnuts, hotdogs, cheeseburgers) and gave us a bunch of free shit. (t-shirts, hats ETC.)
so basically one time i got to skip a day of school to go shoot things and eat candy with my friends. it was cool.

also, i totally understand where this guy is coming from. i get bored and shoot shit with a bb gun all the time, its nowhere near as dangerous, loud, or destructive as a real gun, so you can do stupid things, like shoot targets in your basement. the ammo is also cheap as fuck. i have enough to last me forever and it was just given to me by a friend.

you can definitely handle getting shot with a bb gun, especially if you only pump it a couple times.
i was at a cabella store the other day and i saw a pellet gun that shoots 1600 fps. holy shit.
but yea just get the ~$30 crossman one that shoots bb's and pellets. pellets are way more accurate and shit, and 30 bucks is a deal

my friends and i play airsoft tag all the time, its fun as shit and you can compare welts over ice cream afterwards
i think im gonna take my airsoft pistol back to school to shoot my roommates with, theyre growing immune to the nerf gun. so i hope fattyplankers doesnt jump in on this thread. as he is my roommate.
