I have a feeling more and more COD fanboys will give in to other (and better) games like this. Like seriously, how many identical rehashes can a franchise make? At least EA changes up their engine.
 
I'm so sick of COD I need a new game. COD4 was the last great game in the franchise. Original Black Ops was pretty good too.
 
Yeah..

I was loyal to CoD from Mw2 to BOps2 but by then it was just too fucking boring. I played Battlefield a lot in highschool so I went back to that, infinitely more fun.

That being said, can't wait to see this shit on my computer
 
Iron sights at 4:51 blew my mind. Thank god i sold my xbox otherwise i would waste 1000 hours on bf4 just like i did bf3. That was gorgeous
 
Wow that is freakin' sick.

IMO the BF franchise kicks the shit out of CoD. So much less cartoony and glitchy, I fkn hate the audio communication layout on CoD too and it's rampant with pricky children. SO MUCH LESS bullshit on teh BF platform, and the destruction engine is so fucking awesome to use against people ie building collapses and such.

This is going to be a freakin awesome shooter.
 
^ i was so good at rubble-ing bros in bf3. Crossing was perfect for it. Getting camped on the open side of metro worked pretty well too
 
As long as they dont ruin the game with stupid crap like that Premium subscription with BF3 itll be awesome.
 
i never got into bf3. i'm just bored of games like that, they aren't interesting enough especially after playing far cry 3
 
I've been playing BF3 over the past couple of days (colonel 6) and been getting buttfucked. just tryin to max out my vehicle perks and I'm getting fucked in the ass by 100's
 
I literally stopped playing when Premium rendered it so all the lobbies that non premium people got into had like 100000 kills to win, etc. It became like an hour a game, and that just wasnt fun anymore.
 
Conquest to 1500 tickets, I know what youre saying. I T-bagged premies so fucking hard or if i was in the super hornet and would always give em the barrel roll while spamming my rocket pods.

I would play on DICE servers only with reasonable game lengths. I also got tired of getting killed by admin or banned because i was better than some noob who bought a server

 
On xbox I dont think you could select DICE servers only. Or if you could I never figured it out haha.

I just felt a little ripped off that I paid 60 bucks for a game, and then basically was told to have it function the way it already had, I had to pay more. #ealogic?
 
Battlefield 3 on console was a big letdown for me. Still crazy fun, but not nearly as fun as on PC.

I can't wait to see this game on the PS4. Finally consoles can get the FPS they've wanted. Fuck yeah Battlefield
 
YO FUCK YOU LUKE. But yeah I wholeheartedly agree, Battlefield 3 was a veryyyy good game but slowly dissolved into shit as time went on. What they need is another Battlefield Bad Company. Sweet Christ, Bad Company 2 was the messiah of battlefield, such fantastic gameplay that was always fun without a lot of the bullshit in BF3. Plus, Battlefield Vietnam was TITS.
 
I used to be so addicted to mw3 like 25 days or something on that game. kinda sad :( haha anyways i quit but that looked pretty sick. ive never been a battlefield fan always played cod since cod4
 
whats wrong with bf3 and premium? i bought it mainly for the map packs but i don't see how it fucks with gameplay at all.
 
I like playing cod just for the simplicity and cartoonish aspect of it. I don't really get into video games just something to numb my

Mind.
 
great game for pc

but i still dont like the way things are taking a turn for the fast respawn, run run run all over the fricken place wacky gameplay. i loved battlefield 1942, vietnam, even 2. now games are getting away from the big map, tactical squad play style and are really just about running, respawning, going nuts with an op assault rifle, dying, and repeating for 20 minutes.
 
The squads work great imo. Really great if you're in a good one, where everyone's not the same type of soldier.

Just watched the trailer, can't wait to get a ps4 and this game.

Battlefield 2 for all its flaws was and still is the best game ever made. I don't think I have found anything else with the depth that game had and I don't see any other game ever coming close until developers stop developing games around consoles and start developing them around PC's again.

That being said, BF4 does look pretty decent. It's certainly going to shit over whatever IW pumps out for COD:MW 994658 or what ever they are up to on the same engine that they have been using since MW (which was also a good game).
 
My brother likes bf but im a cod fan mw2 is my current fav. Im not getting mw3 theres too many fucking games out
 
If you get a next gen console (one/ps4) you can play in like 64 player lobbies. Going to be unreal!

Second most looked foward to game for me this year. The new Splinter Cell was my number 1 and it didn't disappoint. That game is dope.
 
that's what i mean. have casual nights where 32 of us get together and fuck shit up in a lobby.

 
I feel like a full 32 would be too much to have a good time. I don't know if you've ever been in a team chat with 32 people but its hectic, it's just too much
 
Probably around 8 would be ideal, enough people to form two full squads and so that we can understand each other in whatever voice program we are using. I'm definitely down and I know you probably are so 6 more
 
Woah, Ive never seen irons mounted on the side like that in real life.

This game does look extremely well done compared to most of the COD shit thats coming out all the time
