Batman vs. spiderman

neither would win, because when they start to fight, king pin and joker would team up and try to take them out a once. but then batman and spidy would team up. and kick ass. besides, batman has a sidekick-robin, it would be 2vs1
 
i'm gonna go with wolverine on this one. cant nobody touch the fool with retractable Miracle Blade IIIs. spiderman is a pussy bitch. toby mcquire or whatever ruined him for me.

I think the greater question here is DC vs. Marvel. I think marvel would win most matchups. Honestly who does DC have? superman? Everyone knows how to kick his ass.
 
ok batman is the champ.. he has no superpowers and he still chokes some serious ass just like superman, flash, and spiderman so batman would destroy spider man
 
ok but look at their arch enemies... batman's enemy is the joker, i could take him, spidermans arch enemy is the green goblin that guy flys arround on a hover board that shoots machine guns while hes throwing hand grenades at you. if the switched places for a day batman would die and spider man would take over gotham city in like 10 minutes tops
 
spider man all the way, he has super duper powers and shit, plus they both fight with the same shit, swinging around and ropes and shit(batman with the technology and ropes and shit) spider man with his webs.

spiderman would be way faster and more powerful for sure, he could like dodge everyone of batmans human punches and kick him into a wall or something.

but dont get me wrong i aint on ones side. i love them both. im just being realistic.
