Im looking to purchase a bass guitar for as dirt cheap as possible hah (100-150) obviously I will be getting a pretty shitty bass, but any reccomendations? Im cruising ebay but I literally have no idea what's would be worth buying

I'm in the process of looking for a bass too. Don't be afraid to look for used.

Maybe just out of your pice range, a Fender Squier is a pretty awesome bass for only a few hundred brand new.

I've got a squier j-bass that I'll sell you for 80+shipping if you want. or if you want to spend more I'm selling an american j bass and the teal mark hoppus p-bass too.

I assumed that you already bought the bass guitar you are looking for and fits to your budget. Just to share my experience with the bass guitar I bought few months ago.

I've been learning to play bass with this Dean E09M Edge Mahogany Electric Bass Guitar for months, and I enjoy it thoroughly. It's lighter than some instruments, but still has enough mass that it has a good tone. Plus it's cheaper than other known brands. The neck is maybe not as slender as some fancier, faster basses, but it's still quite comfortable. It stays in tune well, and I've never had any troubles with the knobs or electronics.

That thing looks awesome. I want to buy one just because of how much fun basses are to play.

Dude, I recommend checking out a dean. My first ever bass was an Ibanez Gio sound gear but then I moved to an Eric bass signature dean Hillsboro. You get like a scoopy yet muddy sound. It's about $500 but I bought mine used for about a $150. Good luck with everything
