Bases

I have this cheep PVC rail I made and Ive got somebolts on it that I cut up my bases. I put a Pinky nail dimameter sized divot in it and a 5 inch slice down the middle. Can I fix my skis smoehow, like with a base grind, if not can i take off the piece of base that is hanging of the divot?

go to your ski shop and get a base weld or if its not too deep use ptex

no offense ,i mean i dont know the details but building a rail with bolts stickin out the top sounds pretty dumb to me

ptex should work as long as its not too deep but I usually dont even worry about gouges. If you ski enough rails especially street your gonna get alot more. However it can be fixed depending on the size of the divot they may need to cut a piece out and replace it.
