Base layer/long underwear suggestions

In need of some new base layers to keep my ass warm(literally). Any suggestions?

SmartWool is pricey, but worth it imo

I usually rock a pair of these 3/4 ones and a surfing/basketball shorts over that just for the extra warmth on chairs.

And you can always jump into a pool or hot tub in case you run into one after skiing

i gotta pair of 3/4 length armada base layers that have worked great for me, i think they were like $40 or sum. recently bought a pair of søv ones too and theyre fucking sick. baggy asf, stoked to wear em under the tides

I have some Armada Contra 3/4 length bottoms I really like and a pair of Mons Royale merino wool 3/4s, I think they're called Cascade? I can't find them super on sale anywhere on a very brief search. They're nice and warm but I wouldn't pay full price for them.

I bought a set of the le bent light stuff this past season and liked a lot. I hope to get a set of the mid weight this year.

People tell me I’m probably part polar bear since I don’t find cold temperatures “cold”?

…because I ski in jogging pants (with shell snowpants above) and usually teeshirt under coat when it’s about -30C ish outside
