kind of overrated. the videos only show the girls dancing so when you actually go to it, the guy to girl ratio is actually pretty high. still definitely can be a fun night and you can easily get some action on the dance floor.

It came to Iowa City and I went 2 years ago, it was a pretty good time. A lot of hot girls and sluts blah blah if thats your thing. Not really my atmosphere but whatever, go drunk or high if you go.
 
Been to 3 of em at Miami University (ranked top 3 barstool stops each year). We also are the o ly place where they opened 3 consecutive shows.... And sold them all out within 10 minutes each time. They are definitely fun and the girls get so slutty. Yes there are a lot of dudes, but find a chick early and she will go absolutely crazy all night. One of the few times where girls won't get judged for being absolutely skanky sluts. As a guy, I love it.

Waste on money in my opinion. I went to the on in Burlington back in October and it was awful. Shitty amateur DJ who plays top 40 radio hits. Maybe it was just the crowd or something but I did not have a good time what so ever. Lasted for maybe an hour tops at it
 
Pres started this tour right after I graduated college...pissed I never got to go to one of these things, what would be better than going to some massive party with everyone you're friends with from school? It's not my scene now, but if I was still in college when this tour was around I would be going for sure..its like shooting fish in a barrel. The one downside is some of the videos make it look like there is a real high number of guys...but I've also read Pres' posts that have verified a lot of the tours have almost a perfect 50/50 guy girl ratio...

My advice would be to find some girl that you've had your eye on for a while around campus but haven't made a move yet...approach her at the tour and go to fucking town because she is gonna be all horned up and ready to go

I thought it was pretty lame actually. Closed at 11 (I thought it would go till at least 2), huge police presence and the town didn't let them use foam. They were kicking people out left and right, the gf and I got kicked out when I was walking her to the bathroom to pee even though we're both 21. There were a ton of slutty outfits though and it was a shitshow for the 3 hours that it actually went on for. Just don't go out the main way to go to the bathroom and you shouldn't get kicked out.

TL:DR too short, fun until you get kicked out by the 30 cops and security guards, then just go home and bang.

I'm new to this whole college thing but beginning to notice the presence of it. We go to the same school, and I was just curious to get your opinion on it all. How do you define rape? Where's the line between that and drunken sex? What do you see the most at groovy uv?

Something that is sketchy but not rape in my opinion, though the law defines it as so is when one person is drunk and the other is sober and they hook up.

There is a shit ton of blaming the victim, especially at UVM. One of my friends is a volunteer at the womans crisis center and sees victims all the time. One case in particular is a girl who was raped by 3 basketball players who turned them in. They got expelled but were given full scholarships to other schools and the girl was harassed by others so much she had to drop out.

UVM works hard to change the situation but the biggest problem is that fraternities, sports teams and EVEN some sororities don't rally behind the call of ending rape culture at the school. (In many cases they have been part of the problem, but not all.)

The most I see is the first 2, which is incredibly unfortunate because the victim is always blamed to the point where they even doubt that it wasn't their fault. Which it most certainly is not. Its sad to say but you will not graduate without knowing somebody who was raped either in college or high school.

What year are you anyways? I'm a senior and might go to UVM med in 2014
