i saw this trick in a movie and i really want to learn how to do it, can any of you guys help me out???

you do a front flip and you spin a 180 in it..

yeah apparently you do a front and right before you reach the top you do a 180 so you're always looking at the ground.

Hell, I can do them off the mini tramp in my basement. If you have little air to work with, think no-handed cartwheel.

Branai are easy as hell. I learned them when I was like 6. It's just a frontflip and doing a 180 at the top of the flip (when your head faces the ground).

Just practice on a trampoline.

 
Im sure youve done a 180 cartwheel before. Do that and then go on a tramp or diving board and do the same motion without using your hands.

 
thanks guys, i can picture it now and it seems like it won't be too hard....i'm psyched to try it on skis...too bad theres absolutely no snow...

 
its different from a misty 5...if u do it on a tramp is feels different...misty 5 u spin more but barani just do a straight fonrt and then twist at the end....is it barani or branny? cause on skiingmotion its branny

on a tramp, a misty 5 and a barani are like almost impossible to tell apart when you throw one, i always have to ask my freind if i did a misty or barani

A barani is a front flip and as soon as you lose site of the ground you 180. It's a gymnastics term
