You know whats funny about BAPE? The Japanese designer made the entire line extremely exclusive and expensive becuase he wanted to make a mockery of kids who buy it just becuase it is the cool thing to do. Bape stands for bathing ape, which is a loosely translated japanese saying that means to not be an individual and to go with the crowds. Whenever I see people wearing bape, I laugh at them because they paid hundreds of dollars for ugly ass shoes and sweatshirts and don't even know that the guy who made them created the line solely because he KNEW kids would buy it because it was cool and pay ridiculous amounts for it. So HA. I laugh!
