Banshee bungees... cool but expensive

Don't think this is a repost, but does anybody know of some cheaper bungees out there to use. Else, what are your non-banshee ghetto rig systems for the flats?

seriusly? this topic is probably in the running for most frequent repost, along with questions about drop-in size for setups, which i also see in ski gabber.

and its the same slightly risky, yet much cheaper, and decently effective solution every time: braid surgical tubing together

Alright my method has been very sucessful for me and my crew. So follow my steps and you will be golden like the McDonalds arch.

1.) plan ahead, find a day when you plan on hitting up some herban. The day before, don't eat until supper.

2.) go to your moms house or Tim hortons and eat a nice big bowl of chili, the really spivey stuff, loaded with beans.

3.) Jib day, be patient. If your not riding with the times, let your pants hang below your butt. Also this works best commando (which you probably are right now, right?)

4.) Click in, grab your poles, get the cameras rolling, line up with the feature and let er rip man. I suggest you don't give'r to hard, if you do, you will only be able to get a few hits on the feature. So conserve.

Tips: Watch out where you stand, and don't let the filmed get that alternative angle from behind when you "drop in"

Follow these and you will be the next Tammy Whamsticks or Colonel Drumsticks, whatever they call that guy.

But srsly. I've heard that they don't have the best elasticity in tempes below -10 Celsius, and don't give you much speed when it's colder than that.

Just did this today, I went to Fleet Farm an picked up about 60 feet of bungee cord that was uncut, cut it into 15ft strands, quadruple braided it and knotted the ends. Slap some handles on and you're set. I'm busting it out this weekend if I can get some decent snow.

way cheaper than a winch...just get any friend who plans on using it to pitch in....If you have any kind of job its not that much

i heard about some people building their own using chirurgical tubing, but honestly, i'd buy one if i was you. An homemade could easily snap into your face, and these things are really dangerous when they snap back.

Anyway, you could buy like 60 feet of chirurgical tubing, cut the roll in 3 x 20'' and braid them together, add an handle, some rope, but to use at your own risk

A car could work as the friend as well, and the pole could be the first bar of the handrail. Both of these would only be in certain situations though.

dog is a good bet, when i was feeling lazy just got my dog to pull me along on a skateboard instead of actually walking here, they get some good speed.

not if you make your own. find a snow blower with a blown transmission, some scrap steel, and about $80 worth of go kart parts.

That's what I do when I start my park laps and im feeling like its gonna be a mellow one

i rely dont think its worth all of the money cuz if u loose ur grip and let go while its stretched out it hyper heats the bungie and wrecsk it.
