Banshee Bungee breaking?

Has anyone had trouble with their banshee bungee tearing?

Near the base of it, like wear the caribeaner hooks to the rope, one of the three cords snapped and the other two are starting to tear. We just noticed this today and stopped using it.

If this has happen to anyone? if so, know how their warranty is? thanks for all the help.

It has probably been used at around 20 spots.
 
are these the things that slingshot you onto urbans?

i bet you could make one 10x better and 10x cheaper with a straight up wakeboard handle and some bungees from home depot.
 
you can i made one that is really good for about $30 of bungee from a hardware store. you got a brade alot though to get the same amount of spring
