Banff is one of the best places ever, theres so much unique stuff, one of my favorite parts of skiing at Sunshine is going to Banff at night. As for skiing, my favorite place would be Sunshine, they definitley get the most snow, however that means its cloudy alot there, and it's usually pretty hard to see because alot of it is above the treeline, so when its really bad all you see is white. They probably have my favorite park, alot of sweet stuff in it, although this year the bottom park felt kind of empty, they had alot of rails up top into a long run in for this huge crossover gap with some rails on the side. Louise is really fun to, probably better than Sunshine on cloudy days since you can stay down in the trees, but their park isn't as good(but I heard it's gonna be alot better this year) and they don't get as much snow. Norquay is kind of a family hill, but it can be pretty fun if you look around a little. I think(?) they have the biggest jumps in the Banff area, pretty sure they did last year anyway, and they have some sweet rails to, even if the park is a little smaller. But yeah, if you have the oppurtunity to move to Banff I would definitley take it, it's an amazing place!
