The RPM 21 is out of the same mold as the Bandit XX, except that it has a much beefier flex, heavier, and integrated plate. The RPM is made for fast all mountain skiing on variable conditions, and they might have a tendency to dive in pow. I used to have a pair of the bandits and they were a great all mountian ski but stiffer would have been bad in the park. However, they really aren't made for jibbing at all. I would go with the Bandit XX or the B2 if you want a ski that doesn both. Also, stiffer twins like the Candide, Mad Trix, or TM might be a better compromise.
