If so Jo Stalin, was the second leader of the USSR.He was a brutal guy,killed millions of Russians if they spoke out against the government, and censored many things so that it appeared the government was right. Apparently he really liked ballet. He was pritty interested in making the USSR a world super power and developing their arms program. He was one of the reason the cold war started.
