But I'm actually pretty impressed with all of the Kardashian klans ski/snowboard ability. Kim K goes skiing pretty frequently it seems (I'd consider 2-3 times a year a lot for a celebrity like her) and Kendall recently posted a vid of her snowboarding and she's actually cruising pretty decently on a real train, not just the bunny hill.

Agreed. I will forever try to pop my butt out more when riding switch. Unfortunately, the ass of my pants is mostly duck tape now, so it will be hard to get any definition

when i used to judge USASA comps, the starter would always come on the radio "competition dropping switch" and all the snowboard judges would refer to it as (Brown Eye First). 90% of the time skiing backwards does look retarded. It doesn't help that it is so widely referred to as "SWITCH" when the proper term should be FAKIE.

Switch = Hard way

Skiing backwards being called fakie makes a lot of sense and I can get behind that, but dude there is no way a right/left spin is switch. Switch refers to a stance so it just doesn't make sense to call a spin switch. I very much respect how you are probly the only one in the world to have this sentiment yet you will not back down.

At work (probably where Kim skis sometimes) my coworkers and I consider a lot of customers who aren’t regulars Jerry’s but I’ve seen a handful of them when I’m out on my brake and even if it’s a Cali squid who rides 10 days a year, they might’ve done like 30 days a year in high school and they can somewhat hang with the locals, just not consistent riders to be good everyday. Still though, 85% are fucking beaters, seen some funny shit with customers I rent shit too and have to not let em know I’m on hill right by them.

This might be dumb but just spit balling. I know from riding aggressive inline you have regular and switch grinds so the parallel would be calling a unnatural grind a switch grind. I’m not saying either is better but it would be possible to do.
