Balance board

just take an old (or new - just no trucks) skate deck and use that as your balance board. fill a 2L pop bottle with water then duct tape it (makes it more resistant to breaking and makes it a bit more grippier then the bottle).

that's all you need.

but if you want to be like idiot boy then go spend your hard earned money on something you can make in like 5min, go for it.

i guess that's how our society runs though... so wasteful.
 
well my dads company sells metal piping of all sizes and i jsut wanted to get a solid aluminum pipe. its free anyways
