Ignore the multiple posting..... But I made Apple Pecan streusel pies yesterday at work, I am serving it with a caramel pecan ice cream with warm caramel drizzle. 668534.jpeg
 
I don't like to toot my own horn but....... I am a god amongst men when it comes to christmas cookies. Even baked my own caramel candies one year.

It is the most wonderful time of the year after all, get into that shit.

Not bad at baking other shit as well. Banana bread so much I often wonder if I subconcsiously forget to eat my bananas just so I can use them to bake.

My favorite christmas cookie, meringue chocolate mini ship "Forgotten Cookies". Easy as shit, awesome, fast, and if you make em traditional method you don't even have to take em out of the fuckin oven. Get loaded, whip that shit up, throw em in the oven and pass the fuck out.
 
Making some chicken fried rice right now which will be accompanied by a Caesar salad. These girls better appreciate my efforts
 
Made a chocolate bourbon cake the other day. I put more bourbon in the chocolate frosting. By itself the frosting sucked. But paired with the moist chocolate sweet cake, it actually tasted amazing. I broke the cake pulling it out of the pan, but it was a delicious chocolate cake honestly.

Just made Corona cupcakes for the holiday weekend. A lime-ish butter cream frosting was bangin.

I am growing basil out in my garden right now, I want to make a strawberry cupcake with basil frosting, sounds so bomb

I'll have to ask the fiance for the recipe, she found it online. We made Blue Moon ones last year with an orange-ish frosting. When I find it I'll post it.

Also more stoked because I just bought strawberries to grow in my garden. Going to be completely home grown strawberry and basil cupcakes.
