Baker Thursday

so I'm headed up to baker for sure opening day and I'm willing to do the drive but if someone is going up there who has an extra seat in their car I would be interested because my car is not what we would call a "snow car." Like I said, I'm willing to do the drive, but it may be the last thing I do... I live in B-ham so I'm on the way for nearly everyone so PRETTY PLEASE SOMEONE GIVE ME A RIDE!!! (will pitch in for gas)

is it worth the drive for us?

They're supposed to get 4-6 inches overnight. For someone who hasn't skied in however many months, I won't mind a bit of ice.

What about rocks? Rock ski conditions? Or is the coverage ok?

coverage is fantastic. there's a few rocks marked off in the middle of runs still but there's only one or 2 per run... I wore my good skis today and their fine... it's jsut really icy...

no there is no park... just a shitload of ice... couple tree jibs that are ok tho...
