i heard bakers getting like 90" in the next two days. like what the fuck how does it even happen. i dont have the requisite technology to ski that kinda magma.

im being a dickhead and paraphrasing everyone i see on facebook who reposts something from kiro 7 saying baker is forecast 100 inches thinking it somehow correlates to the ski area based on name....

Not sure how worth the drive is... It rained 3inches all the way up to about 7000 feet. Basically a solid crust layer everywhere and no snow in the forecast till next week. Nwac telementry is being weird but from what I can tell when the temps got cool enough yesterday the precip stopped.

Word thanks for the beta man. I just wanna ski some pow shit. Looks like we'll be downstream of an omega block for some cold continental air colliding with moist southern air for some snow showers even in the city next week. We'll see if that actually develops...
 
montana is being stubborn about snow so I am potentially coming to mt baker to ski neck deep this monday dec 7!!!! anyone know how to obtain discounted tickets. and of course lets ski and party.

lol dont come not gonna be neck deep.... it has rained about 3 inches today. gonna be warm all weekend then get warmer sunday night. NOT worth the trek. go to whistler instead, lower freezing levels.
 
Fackkk. I know the initial weather reports were looking stellar but after talking with some folks we are better off staying here. Hopefully some day soon I shall returneth to baker. It is a special place.
 
I don't know, the snow today was pretty radical. Not nearly as warm and wet as I was expecting and it dumped all day.
