Looks like Baker might get some snow this week.

MT. BAKER PRE-SEASON REPORTUPDATE: FRIDAY NOV. 13, 2010We've had some good snowfall this week, with around 15 inches falling early in the week and 8 inches of new snow falling Wednesday to Thursday night. This has consolidated down to a 20 inch base at Heather Meadows as of Friday at 11:00 a.m., with broken clouds and temperatures around 34 degrees. We still need a bit more snow before we can open, but we will continue to update this report, and the snow phone, as more snow falls and we get closer to a possible opening day.

We will be updating this report on Mondays and Thursdays or as we receive snowfall. You can also check the snow phone at 671-0211 and keep checking back here for the latest forecasts and information. We'll see you on the mountain.....pretty soon!

SO expecting an update today, there is so much fucking snow up there right now.

UPDATE: WEDNESDAY NOV. 17, 2010The storms are rolling in fast and thick! We received 8 inches of new snow Tuesday night, to bring our base at Heather Meadows to 18 inches. Forecasts are calling for up to another 2 feet of new snow possible by Thursday!Depending on how much snow we actually get, as well as the upcoming forecast, we could be looking at a possible limited OPENING DAY on Saturday or Sunday. A decision on opening will be made Friday, and we will update this report daily.THis weekend hopefully!!!!!!

Damn canadians stay up in your hockey loving maple syrup drinking colour spelling country

Hehehe me make funny. Everyone is welcome to a certain extent.

DAMN IT. I live in Silver Lake area and would have been so down but will be out of town this weekend. If you go later in the week and Stevens isn't open by then, I will surely be down sir. Do you normally ski Baker or Stevens? Cause I could always use more carpool for Stevens.

SNOW IN THE FOOTHILLS TODAY
all they way down to Kelly rd this morning :)i'm stoked to come home for thanksgiving, and thankful for BAKER!!

I may be driving up Saturday as well. Will be on my only pair of skis that is currently mounted, last year's ON3P Wrens.

Give me a shout if you want.

Im going to head up to my parent's house in stanwood the night before since its on the way, but id love to catch a ride up instead of driving myself. Can meet someone heading up from seattle at the stanwood park and ride. Its like 15 ft from the driveway so only an additional 5 mins onto the commute. Will pitch in ~$10 for gas~

driveway=freeway sorry about that

Also would prefer someone who isnt planning on getting there at 10 or something. I can also drive but my glasses are out of commision so you may die in a fiery car wreck on the way up~

Limited time offer. You missed out. Lucky for you I have a special on the "Baker All Access VIP Pass". Access the hidden lift not open to the public and dine with celebrities on our revolutionary floating ski lodge. Payments can be made for as low as 29.99 a month over a period of just 3*10^9 seconds.

Or if you want you can sit next to me on the chairlift for 50 dollars. No touching or eye contact please~

if i were you i probably wouldnt rock a new pair of skis on opening day cause of low coverage

anyway....

I WILL BE THERE SUNDAY HOLLERING YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

Arrangements can be made. Although it would have to be later in the year, don't think i can make it opening day due to the small fact i am in Norway.
