Bad Toothache

I just put in a crest whitestrip for 1/2 hour. And now I am getting a really bad, pinching pain in one of my bottom front teeth. I took some ibu-prophin but its not helping. Its just a pain that will all off a sudden hurt like the dickens every 5 or so minutes. Has anyone had this or know what to do for it?

 
thats what happens when u dont brush your teeth man....just brush your teeth every day and u wont even need white shits
