The user known as 'Henry', or Henry Friend, as his real names goes (I think), decided he would try to get away with selling some crappy skis on Ebay. His skis were described as "in good shape". Even on this site he claimed there was nothing wrong wtih the edges. I received them to find the edges are beat to crap on one ski from rails, the edge is separated a little, and it has 6 or 7 small cracks.

I have e-mailed him repeatedly, messaged him here, and messaged him on IM, which he proceded to block my name. I even messaged him from another IM name. If you know this kid, tell him he had better give me a refund, and ASAP or he will have a lot more to deal with than he wants. This isn't $25 I am going to let slide, it is $300. Henry, if you read this, pay up now. I had a little patience to start with, but you are acting like a 12 year old. send me my refund and you can have your skis back.

Did you get them on ebay, or from him directly? cuz if you went through ebay, file a claim with them.

all in know is that when i sent the skis out, they had no cracked edges, i'm assumming it was from shipping, but maybe theres more to this, maybe russell broke them

I run over rocks hauling ass and drop cliffs and land on rocks and I havn't seperate my edges I highly doubt that they could get trashed during shipping

Broken in shipping? Fuck that. Broken in shipping could be cracked in half, but edges are from rails.

You tried to screw someone over to get money. It didn't work. Just be a man and give the guy his money back.

You can try to sell the skis to some other putz if you really need to.

Plus, don't ask 300 bucks for rail damaged skis. 100-150 would be just fine for a pair of jib sticks.

You give all skiers a bad reputation.

If doug is against you then the entire site is basically against you, meaning that no matter where you go to ski someone will know who you are and is going to try and kill you until you give the money back.

That really is a shame T Strum has always been an honest member I know he didnt damage them on purpose.

He is a great and honest seller on here even hooked me up with a sweatshirt for free payed shipping and all so i could give my dad an NS hoodie to where b4 he past. He doesnt deserve this give him his money back!!

From a legal stand point, as long as Henry claims they were in the same condition when he sent them as was described, then complaining will do nothing.

Dude I've sold shit on ebay for way less than what its worth just because it was old and I had used it ,even if , just a few times. What kinda of ski were they? Also not to be an ask to the buyer but. Why in the world would you buy used skis for $300? Thats crazy to me...if you save about 50 more dollars you could buy something new from the current year. Or even less than that amount! But still Henry you cant play this off on shipping, and Even if it works on your behalf god will damn your soul to hell where you will be heckled by Mr. Bishop and Lateralis...
