Ok i know there have been a thousand threads about this but i coudnt find what im looking for. I have the camo helmet but im tired of the camo. I know its a glossy black underneath but is it like blinding in the sun or would it look ok? anyone have any pictures of it? that would be great

How were you planning on doing this??? I have the camo one too, and was thinking about dying the material... but taking it off seems to be much easier...

take it off and if its too shinny take some real fine grit sandpaper and dull it down

yeah I just did it... I would call it shiny... be sure you have like goo-gone or something to remove the adhesive that they use to adhere the material to the shell.

theres adhesive? i took off a little corner of it and it wasnt glued..... i still wanna know if it will like blind people or if its just glossy cuz its hard to tell with just the little corner off

i saw a guy who had the shell covered in tinfoil with a hotweels sign it was sick so i doubt it could be much brighter than that
