Bad feet

lately my feet have been killing be when i been playing soccer and stuff they also hurt alot when i ski i thought that was cus i have shitty boots or somthing but now when im just running around im not sure if its cus im wearing skateing shoes or of i got problems with my feet or somthing any tips?

Ya, don't run in skate shoes! They don't have good arch support and are hard to tie tight enough. You should probably get a good pair of running shoes. Even if it doesn't fix your feet, it's better for them in the long run. Running with improper foot wear could cause postural abnormalieites adn you could get shin splints. (They hurt like a mo fo!) So ya, try running in actual running shoes, it'll be better for ya.

Do you have high arches in your feet? If so, skate shoes are bad... but if you want to wear them anyway (like me) Buy some insoles that support the arch of your feet. I have huge arches in my feet, if I don't have insoles in my shoes (skate shoes especially) then my feet start to hurt after walking for 2 minutes.

yeah its the bottoms of my feet tho that hurt the most and i get some nice insoles for my skiboots and after like an hour i cant ski for 15 min cus the bottom of my feet are killing me

Sound like the insoles would be a good call. You're probably stretching the tendons that run along the bottom of your foot.
