bad back.

hey i had some soreness in my back like crazy and when i was at the doctor he sent me 2 physical thearpy just to do some exercises and i went a few times and continued to do the stuff at my house and its loosened up, i play a ton of golf so i had overusage, nothing to major

-let people do what they want, ski how you want, make whoever you want your role model its your choice

-i love to ski, so should you, its fun, try it sometime

ah i partially slipped a disc, hit my back going mach speed on a mogul.

i went to a chyroprator and she realigned my back, just by bending me backwards. it was amazing. however now my back is fuckin hurting like crazy (6 months later). i tihnk im jsut gonna start sleeping on the ground and shit, it's killing me.

had something like that: chyropractor + musculation + behave the rigth way (sit straight, ...)+musculation or swimming = now everything's ok!

my back is dead, i wake up every morning hardly being able to move and i went to the doctor for it and all he said was to do sit ups

moguls will get ya , last season i slammed one and was lying on the ground i swear i thaught i snapped my back in 2 , just pulled some muscles and went to the pt and fixed it up

i had a pinched nerve under my shoulderblade on my back...so i went to my doctor who is a DO (doctor of osteopathy) as opposed to an MD and he had my lie on his table and he popped the shit out of my back, it hurt for like 20 minutes then felt so good...so ask your doctor to crack you back and see what that does

 
I have scrleosis (sp?) But yeah, I went to the doctor cuz my back hurt, and my spine curves right instead of being straight. The left side of back is higher than my right one. it sucks, I might need to have orthopedic surgery, but the doc says its a minimal chance

I've been to the chiropractor quite a few times and it helps alot! I overshot a table this past winter and landed on my back, it still is a tad sore, but I had seen chiro before that too. I always do back stretches everyday now. It seems to help, especially from reinjuring it. Keeping active is also going to help. I can't even imagine how my back will feel in 20 years. Chiropractor will align your vertebrae so that they don't start to grow all fucked up if there in an abnormal position. If you went once a month, your back would be feeling so good. That is my experience, i'm a couple months overdue now and my back is a little sore. Also, find a good chiropractor that does a good job and takes his time to loosen your back muscles up.

i had a terrible back for a bit after lacrosse season... the way i fixed it was i simply did nothing for two weeks... just dont do any movement other than necessary things (walking, sleeping, sitting).

I fucked up my back running. It's because the road is beveled and the center is higher than the shoulder, so you always have your right foot higher than your left. It sucked really hardcore, but i went to PT and everything is good. The only long term problem is that my right leg is slightly shorter than my left leg from the goddamn road.
