Backyard snowmaking

The temps are dropping and theirs a couple of days where it's in the low 20's. Has anyone had any experience making homemade snowmakers? I'm looking to spend no more then 100$. Is the money and time put into it worth it?

I think its worth it, mine cost me around $40. I already had a pressure washer and air compressor, so all i needed to buy were some hoses and parts for the snow gun/nozzle. I used http://www.snsnowmaking.com for plans and how to know if i had the right compressor and pressure washer. It works well and is definetly worth it.

If you don't have your own air compressor and pressure washer it's going to run you closer to 800-1000. With that being said once you have everything, you're set for life

Most definitely worth been doin all weekend and have a over a foot base right now. I tried to post a picture but not sure how from mobile
