so as many of you know, ive been building a hill in my backyard to ski on.

i went ahead and bought carpet and now i have a two rail setup on my hill.

the grass is growing in beautifuly and the weather has been good.

i bought just under half the carpet ill need in total yesterday. 77.68$ for what i got.

i built one ramp today but i ran out of wood for the second.

as of about 15 minutes ago, i have a 12ft down rail with a 2ft dick on it and then 20 ft after that i have a 10ft flat rail.

the carpet is all set and i would be skiing on it but its pouring out.

tomorrow we are kicking off the summer skiing by having a nice 8 person jam on it. should be dope. you cant even imagine how stoked i am right now.

finaly, i live in NY, if you ever want to hook up and ride it sometime, shoot me a pm and we can work someting out.l

cheers

he had pics on his last thread he made but it was just of the hill and the rails btu im pretty sure kid is legit

i did have pics but i do agree that i need pics of the hill with turf and rails and such. ill get them up tomorrow because its raining now.

it rained for two days straight and now the whold thing is muddy because i didnt wait until the grass came up to use it.

I'm going to rent an excavator to dig out a landing for a tow in step down. I'll make a thread when I do it, its going to be dope

if i can i will.i wont have a camera other than my little digital one after sunday. so i might not do it.

this kid is legit i live like ten minutes from him we ski together and his dad is like the mountain manager at the local hill. I personally havent seen the hill because i have been laid up with my knee surgery but Im confident that he could make it really legit.

i live in ny as well and i ski with my friend on his 30 ft downrail and he grows his grass around the rail as well..personally i love to ski when its raining out though
