ok......so, i have mono so i have to stay at home for 3 weeks (or more) and do absolutely nothing. i am now on day 4 and im going CRAZY. im sick of playing tony hawk and watching all my old ski movies. i got an idea to build my own rail in my backyard but i ahve no clue where to start.

all my friends have shit in the backyards, and all im looking for is some ideas, plans, suggestions on how to even start this project. i want to make a drop in and jsut a rail. i probally have all of the equipment needed (my dad..ugh, his garage...) so if anyone has anything for me...pleeeease help, im seriously going crazy.

Just go to home depot, buy some 2x4's, one sheet of plywood, and some pvc pipe, and just build it. You really don't need plans for a drop in, and rail, because they are simple. Are you sure that you should be around power tools though, because you might fall asleep, and cut your head off.

And you need an invite to the build a jib cult

Setting up rail arent the hard part. Making a ramp off is. Past experience has told me to use astro turf and make it so the ski doesnt have to flex like crazy at the point of the take off.

For a drop in ramp, try to find either a hill, set of stairs, or even a drop off that you can throw some wood on and astro turf to make a ramp. other than that, just throw some PVC like ^ said and u should be good
