i'm thinking about doing some backflips this season and i'm wondering how much different is it doing them in the slopes than on flat ground without skies

Its not hard at all trampoline is the best way to practice, but all you do is look back and spot landing, and pull knees around

i learned them this summer on water ramps, you really need to swing them with your arms and shoulders

I believe that the most similar activity is doing them off diving boards. If you can do gainers off diving boards really easily, backflips should come pretty naturally.

'It's not pretty being easy.'

backflips are the easiest trick ever. they are easier than 360s. especially if you do them over a decent sized table first.
