this might be a pointless post but theres a video and comments said backflips are easyer than 3s! this can not be true?!? is it?

im not sure im not all that great at backflips, just try in powder

my first time i thought i wasnt even going to make it around so i didnt even try to land it but i landed on my skis anyways

i would say just do it in pow and throw back as hard as you can

it helps but isnt required for you to be good at throwing them on tramps

i can do them without jumping on trampolines

Once you get half way, your body pretty much just follows up on it, all you have to do is lean back and keep your head back, don't twist it, or you'll spin.

eh I would say that hucking a back is about the same as hucking a 360. But It's MUCH easier to just throw a slow, big backflip, technically. You just have to get over the inversion factor. You have to worry about the tucking up of the legs and the twisting of shoulders and such while doing the big 360.

So to all: yes, backflips are easier off big jumps while 3's are easier off smaller ones.

i guess,as long as your not scared of going inverted

just trying doing them without jumping and then try doing them as high as possible, it will just help you once your on snow

backflips are easier than 360s, damnit. my friends think im dumb when i tell them that and they make fun of me.
