the bigger the jump, the slower the rotation, and the easier it is to spot your landing. just think of lifting your knees/throwing your head back after popping and look for the landing. whatever you do, don't start flailing mid-air. that's how people get hurt. once you've committed, you gotta hold it together. the biggest part though is people just throwing their heads back and hoping for the best. you gotta remember to tuck your knees in and whip your legs around too
