yep, you just gotta throw your upper body back, and you'll be able to spot your landing really easily. backflips are the most natural motion ever... just make sure if you go huge, that you lay it out like crazy, because people tend to overrotate backflips and kick em around a little fast... just pop, throw your arms and head back, and the rest will come around once you spot your landing. just give'r.
to tell you the truth, backflips were the first trick i learned, i did a backflip before i did a 180... so they're obviously not all that difficult. if i can do em my third time on twins, you can do them for sure.
