Backflip?

form?

Big pop, rise with arms, drive with hips, keep skis back or neutral to avoid over rotation and control, look head and neck to spot landing (It wont slow you down.) and land centered.

Is that what you wanted for form?

Find a 15ft. jump with an icy landing, the lip should be rather flat, with very little kick, cruise into it back seat, don't pop as you leave the take-off, kind of look up and to the side a little bit, lay it out and spread your arms to slow the rotation, and stomp.
Oh yeah, don't wear a helmet while trying inverts, it can make spotting your landing overly difficult.

a guy i knew wore a helmet for a backflip and snapped his head back so hard that the plastic on the back of the helmet cut his head off

its easier of you use your bandanna as a blind fold so theres no risk of accidentally looking
