I tried my first backflip the last day the park was open last season and wrecked myself.

So I tried again first thing this season. Things went much better but this time I barely over rotated it, twice. I didnt even really tuck the two recent flips and I still over rotated. Any tips for slowing down my rotation but still being able to get it all the way around?
