hey NS, I want to learn backies this season but don't have anybody to get advice from in my area. If you could give me any tips, warnings, advice, and ideas that'd be greaat.

P.S. I cun't lencun Yat

My advice is to do it on a tramp first, that way you can visualize the backflip more easier and you can pretend you have skiis on.

Then what i personally did was to make a small powder jump with lots of kick and i just used my arms and hip to swing back and it just came naturally, just dont swing really hard back then pussy out, that way you can land on your head. really just go for it, backflips is probably one of the easiest and funniest tricks to do IMO

Not the best advice so far. The trampoline will only help minimally. Skiing you have forward momentum, something you do not have on a trampoline. A rope swing into water helps mimic it a bit better, so go clear the ice off your local lake and start practicing. Regardless though, a backflip on skis is a lot different from a backflip on/off anything else. Don't break your neck. It's not worth it.

I may not be the way giver of advice, but the best thing someone told me when I was learning was throw with your head and hips, if you tore it with just your head you could hip your head on the lip. That leads to concussions. Also definitely commit, that's extremely important, the worst injuries from doing backflips are from not fully committing and trying to stop the rotation
