Back to School trends

Yea wtf. The first time I saw them was at 4th of July when my neighbors like 6 year old grand daughter had some and showed me, and now fucking everyone has them.

I rep tank tops, 511's and combat boots, but you don't see me calling it my own style.
 
I've seen a ton of people with those animal bands (chicks i guess) but besides the current trend of v necks nothing else is a big trend here.
 
More people wear 6.0 because they are sold by Zumiez and Journeys, that's all. I own 3 pairs of sb but the most recent ones I purchased I had some trouble finding even in San Fran so i guess i can understand.
 
i tend to rock a gilly suit and a helmet with a go pro mount on it all day so i can make edits of school life, get at me.
 
I know right, kids are so fucking gay these days wearing what other kids wear... Fuck all them fake raybans, and nikes, and holister, and american eagle, and all that shit. I keep it fresh by wearing 6xl tall tees, oversized, baggy jeans, and my 2xl Jiberish. It's so cool, and nobody else does it.

but seriously were in the same boat. probably 90% of the kids at my school wore something along the lines of hollister, A.E, aeropostale with a pair of somewhat skinny jeans etc., i just wore an xl oakley tee and basketball shorts.

i know i just posted in this thread a little while ago, but do people that wear tall tees and bigger hoodies really rock baggy jeans and shit too? i have never in my life seen a skater/ snowboarder/ skier wear dickies or south pole jeans with their Nomis and jiberish hoodies or tall tee for example. its always new era with the sticker, high tops or at least nikes, and relatively skinney pants to go with your baggy shit.
 
Technically, what you wear is "your" style, whether you're the first person to dress like that or not. Everyone's a "hipster" now days. I wear what I like, I like more hippie/indie/preppy stuff, so what? I'm not hating on your style, why judge other people's? Sorry I don't dress like a skier off the hill.

You cant throw nike in general as a trend. they are more of a staple. 6.0's however are a different story. I have two pairs from when they first came out. One to try out at first, and another to give them a second chance. I hate them and are my absolute last choice to wear. Ill even wear my Osiris before I wear them. Such overpriced pieces of shit footwear
