Back stretches

Hey do you guys know any good lower back stretches? I still am not very good at calculating the amount of speed needed for a jump so i often case/rarely overshoot. Anyways my lower back sometimes gets really stiff and pulled so do you guys know any stretches/excercises to prevent this?

do pilates. shits good for your back and shit

it seems like this stage of life for a lot of people around our age is like when you are playing a video game and you beat the Final Boss, only to find out that was just a decoy Final Boss and the real Final Boss is about 50x harder. and on top of that, you used all your special tricks to beat the Decoy, and you are also low on life. and you have a crappy third party controller.

stand up straight then bend down keeping your legs bent a little and put you arms behind your knees then try and push up keeping your hands behind your knees

 
sit down on a chair then put your left leg over your right one then put both hands on your left knee and twist your whole upper body to the left then do vise versa by puting your right leg over the left and twisting right.
