Back pain

Also depending on what is causeing the pain, stretching helps too. Especially if it's lower back pain, it could be because your hamstrings are tight. Really stretch them out good, along with your calf muscles. I have lower back problems and when I'm nice and loose I feel much more comfortable.

i have a lot of back problems which sometimes wide out that i get a bad headache and totally feel exhausted and sick.. i think its best if u stretch every morning sit up straigt and try to keep your shoulder relaxed..coz the shoulders are sometimes the main trigger of back pains..if it wont get better go to a physiotherapist

ive had back pain for as long as i can remember and ive done absolutly everything to help but you know what the only thing that makes it feel better is alcohol. congratulations you are now an alcoholic.

haha jk ... sort-of...

yeah dude, I have lower back pains. And it turns out i pinched a nerve in my spine. So i saw a chiropractor, stretch atleast twice a day. I dont sit for more then 15 minutes straight, including class which sucks when 450 people stare at you.Umm pool running, and change of temperature hot to cold helps.

if something hurts, strenghten the opposite muscles...quads hurt, strengthen the hamstrings...lower back hurts, strenghten the abs.

i have a bruised tailbone because i overshot my backyard jump by a good 10 feet and landed right on my ass. widening the windows down int he air too. it was classic

go to the chiropractor. it worked awesome for me. i had the worst lower back pain imaginable and i could hardly walk into the office and i came out completely healed. my ribs also tend to pop out of place and sometimes i'll feel sick for days, or it will feel like i'm having a heart attack, and i'll go in there and walk out fine. the neck twisting is intense though. it doesn't really hurt, it's just intense. i laugh during it.

lie down wit ur bak straight and on ur bed or watever put a wedge betwen ur bed and head or just elevate it... and stretch..

oh, and the tiger balms and creams like that really do help, but it's kind of like a muscle number, so don't go huck your meat thinking your cured
