Back hurts..badly, i need help.

so i was jumping on the tramp about 3 hours ago, and i was jumping big time like getting huge air, and on the way down i pushed with all my might and my body kinda went down cuz of gravity and it didnt flow. and when that happened i felt like i kinda got crushed and now the middle of my back really hurts. i took 4 tablets of motrin and i can still kinda feel pain when i twist my body and bend down. i think i strained by back. its painful like exactly around the spine. i thihnk i mightve strained it.

anyone know how long itll last...i got some grindin to do with some ladies tomarrow night and cant miss out on that cuz of a soar back...
 
the excessive jumping might lead to it a little, hurts after a while if you dont stretch/ a regular tramper. go to chiropractor. not as bad as when i was playing football at school, was almost at a full sprint and my back just gave out. i hit the ground and coudln't move. i got up about 20 mins with lots of help, and couldn't walk for 3 hours. after about a week, i could hardly feel it anymore.
 
depends on how big the tablets are. if they are only 200mg than thats not that bad. im like 170 and i take 3 so if he is like 200 that is about right. but if ur a lightwieght u might not wanna take any more for a while.
 
Depending on how hard and awkward you hit, you might have slipped a disc, although it sounds like you just strained it.

I'd go and see the doctor man. You don't want to take any chances with the back...believe me. I broke my back last year..
 
yea when i first got my trampoline i had the same problem, i felt like

i couldent even move. the best thing to do is just rest. just try not

to use your back. personally, i think a chiropractor is a waist of money, chiropractors align your back. if its muscle problems it wont help it will just suck your money. for the ladies man, just get real drunk, smoke some chron, and get your dick sucked or something.
 
Yea it happens to me all the time on my tramp, it just gets sorta stiff so when you jump it gets tight and kills like a bitch
 
ya! ^ and u can like barely move? how long does that last normally? a week ud say? gets better each day?
 
I had this happen to me trying some new tricks but I leaned too far forward and crunched my back.

Ice it and stay off of your tramp for a while. I guarantee you'll be better in 3 weeks or sooner.
 
i get headaches when i jump alot on my tramp for the back thing just put heat on and stretch for the ladies thing its worth the pain
 
this happens to me when i jump alot...just take it easy and stay off the tramp, if you need to hit up a chiropractor (sp?) and you'll be good as new
 
strengthen your abdominal muscles and do that stretch where you lie flat and arch your back up. unless it reaaalllyyy hurts, then see a doctor and dont listen to me, but ive had a lot of experience with this. if u were super jacked around your spinal cord it wouldnt happen. when you counce on a trmpoline and your abdominal muscles max out, all the weight is dispersed in your spine.
 
did you knock the wind out of you? last time that happened to me my back hurt like hell for a week and taking deep breaths hurt too.

Not sure if I have had the same injury but if I jump on a tramp for too long such as 2-3 hours, my back hurts too....It is I think a muscle thing for me but it usually lasts about a day or so...I hate it when you get double bounced so hard that your knees give way and you fall
 
Huh, I actually have some insight since this is related to my research right now. There are a couple of things you could have done. Your discs in your back are kept in place by a band of cartilage. Its possible this was 'blow out' by the disc when you compressed. Theres also a high probability you fucked some of the deep muscles that keep your ribs joined close to your spine.

I dont think its a herniated disc, as that would press on the spinal cord and you would be in a lot more pain. But seriously, go to a doctor about this. You could have even compressed a vertebrae or spinous process, and that shit is not good. You need your back to ski.

And chiropractors are not a waste of money, its the lack of a good diagnosis tool for lower back pain that wastes money. Its on its way tho.
 
got to sharper images and just lay on the message chairs they have for like 30 minutes that what i do haha. It work so good
 
Chiropractors dont do shit.. they just take your money..

I only go because my father pays the bills..

I have had surgery on my back twice and the only thing I have gotten out of it are perscriptions to Vicotin, which I am immune too..
 
heey, i tried a backflip breby this winter, and i lost controll in the air and landed on my back, and got my feet and the rest of the body over me, it was hurtin like a mathafacka! And it's still hurtin in my lower back when im bending and shit..
 
yea im not saying a chiropractor is useless exactly, im just saying i have been in your same position and its not necessary. rest
 
that always happens to me if i jump for more than like 1/2 an hour. my family has a history of bad joints and things like that. anyway, my back usually only hurts when i bend over and stuff when i hurt it, or when i satnd up. it usually gos away after about 2 weeks if i just lay low. i can do almost anything, but i would keep away from jumping a lot or kicking things. worked for me.
